Brian Lavoie - sweet unassisted double play at third on a hard grounder down the line in the ninth. Then got the final out on a grounder.

Twins Team - Just have to clean up some of those errors. And, Buddy needs to stop hitting people. Hicko, great work behind the dish. Great game with the Brewers!

Mike Doherty - Threw 8 innings of BP to a hungry sox team. Best of luck the rest of the playoffs Red Sox!

Ed Banks - Makes a nice ranging play on a pop up and doubled up a runner at first

Jamie MacLauchlan - Vacuum at Short all, Steve Silva making some great defensive plays, Matt Mastas 8 behind the dish, called a great game

Athletics Team - BRUTAL sun all day didn't help much, but the Sox came to play, and made us pay for every mistake. Shout out to Jim Lyons and Noel Hernandez, both were laying their bodies OUT yesterday

Ray Cloutier - 5 solid innings in the start. Let the wind do the moving the ball around the zone.

Mike Sheehan - 4 innings to record his first save. Benny and the Jet Juan solid in the OF. Big Jimmy with 2 diving stabs, got credit for only 1.

Noel Hernandez - solidified the infield helping all around the diamond.

Mark Nichols - pressed into duty at 2b and made it look like a skee-ball game with balls rolling up his arm and over his head. Made 5 putouts. Not a typo

Jason Tevepaugh - Pitched great until he didn't in that 5th inning - kept a really good hitting in check but tough break on HBP count to leave early

Joe Weidenbach - Good finish on the mound - came in the 5th with bases loaded, no out - no runs scored on K and DP/excellent defense behind him - especially Smithers involved in two big DPs!

Jay Clermont - Called a great game behind the dish ***** Nestor Ramirez/Dave Clermont: really good play at third/short all day

Astros Team - Tough loss, Missed call on a foul ball in the 7th cost us 3 runs after we had taken the momentum and the lead.
